The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
It has 3 bedrooms (1 large and 2 smaller) with double beds and comfortable mattresses, two bathrooms, living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. In the kitchen there are all the necessary utensils for cooking, while in addition to the basic equipment (fridge, stove-oven) there is a microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, capsule coffee maker, toaster, kettle, mixer, etc. In the living room there is a double sofa -bed. The accommodation offers free wifi and smart tv. The kitchen and living room area promise a comfortable and spacious stay. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hair dryer. An electric iron and ironing board are also available. The frames of the house are thermally insulated and have screens. There are air conditioners in all areas of the house. The house has a large garden (300 m2) with olive trees, fruit trees and a natural lawn. In the walled garden there is an outdoor lounge, swings and an outdoor shower. The house offers beach towels. The property also has private parking.

Batsi is a seaside, picturesque, traditional settlement of the island and is considered the most touristic village of Andros. It is 8 km from the main port of the island Gavrio, 27 km from the capital of the island Andros or Chora and 22 km from Korthi. KTEL Andros bus routes run throughout the day.
